Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

Avalara is being used across our whole company. We are remote sellers so real-time for tax computation and accounting will be of use for reports.

Pros

Cons

  • Finding help questions. I'm always trying to research and always spend too much time finding the correct topic.
  • I have had three account managers in 6 months.
  • I don't need to spend a million hours trying to get into compliance.
  • Negative because I should do more research to try to get Avalara to work.
Its painful but it helps in the long run.
  • None at this time. We are still new and haven't begun to bring all the futures in.
With the new upgrade I can find what I need fast.
No we have not utilized these functions.
Great tool when you want to leave the experts to collect taxes. Smaller companies that do not have the man power to find all rules and regulations.
