Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

JetBrains Americas Inc uses Avalara to file our Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Sales Tax Returns. We have peace of mind knowing that our sales tax returns are being filed correctly on a timely basis with backup support.

Pros

  • Product mapping with correct sales tax applied per product per state
  • Quick responses from support

Cons

  • Change the order of states on "Approve Returns" to Alphabetical order of abbreviated states as it was in the past.
  • It would take a lot of time to file each state's sales tax return per month.
  • NetSuite
