Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
We only use a small portion of Avalara's capabilities. I have found that their presence outside of the US makes submitting tickets challenging, and their tracking for cases could use improvement. I have heard many users commend Avalara for their use of the product; our company just doesn't have much of a need.
- Takes a lot of data and condenses on tax returns
- They are continually trying to improve
- The support ticket system being in another country does create difficulty in language barriers at times.
- Tracking for tickets does not exist once the ticket is closed, so unable to see historical tickets.
- Price is a high for smaller users.
