Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

avalara automatically evaluates the correct tax rate based on shipping or install address for each order.

Pros

  • correctly evaluate tax per order
  • file returns
  • awesome customer support
  • make payments on our behalf

Cons

  • can't come up with any !
  • we don't file manually anymore
  • we don't pay our cpa to file for us
  • we're always on time
  • always calculated automatically
  • accounting/erp software and took like 15 minutes!
it functions perfectly for us.

knowing that all returns are filed timely and accurately lets me sleep every night!
better billing model for us, can't speak to usability since we didn't select it.
