Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Avalara is how we are managing our customer tax exempt status and maintaining compliance with the rules and regulations. It allows us to see who is out of compliance, as well as working with the software to ensure that it is billing for our customers when they may be shipping to an area that they have no exempt status in.

Still working to implement our new ERP, but has been fairly easy considering the different complexity of the overall change.

Usability

Very easy to use and work with my customers to gain the tax exemptions. They can communicate with me directly and get what we are needing to me very easily and quickly.

Avalara Returns

We have not explored too much outside of Avatax, but returns will be something that we are able to utilize to expedite that tax return process.
