- Provide detailed tax matrix
- Assist with ensuring exemption certificates are valid

- Communication amongst different areas of the organization
- Avalara has saved me several hours and days of tax research.
- Recently began filing sales tax returns for one of our smaller organizations and cannot get an answer on why our tax period cannot and is not updated in Avatax.
- Cannot get help from someone on why our payment is going through when we ensured the debit blocker was removed from our bank.
