Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We use Avalara to record and file monthly tax/GST returns in the US and Canada. Avalara integrates with Net Suite and each month codes and processes tax returns for over 30 states in the US.

Pros

Net Suite was very easy. Sales Force took longer.
Avalara integrates with Net Suite very well. Avalara tracks changes. Only open item is the processing of credits and how this impacts taxes.
  • Avalara Returns
Return processing has been a great help to us. Eliminates the need to hire a part time person for the monthly processing of sales tax returns.
We did not evaluate other software platforms. Avalara was the recommended solution and integrates well with Net Suite.

Avalara does a great job integrating with Net Suite and other ERP systems. This avoids having to keep track of all 50 States compliance rules.
