Overall Satisfaction with Avalara AvaTax

Avalara AvaTax is being used by our company for all sales tax calculations and payments within the USA.

Pros

  • Setup and administration of sales tax in all jurisdictions
  • Calculations of sales tax payments to all states
  • Updates of tax rates

Cons

  • Reconciliation
  • Reporting functionality needs to be a little easier to navigate
  • Time spent calculating taxes for all the states we are in is much easier
  • One staff member can do all returns for the company
This project went extremely smoothly and was on time.

All transactions flow into Avalara AvaTax and there have been no issues
Other than reporting all other functionality of Avatax is easy to use
No just sales tax calcuations
It is great for the most current up to date tax rates and maintenance.
