Overall Satisfaction with Avalara AvaTax
Avalara is being used by the finance department who sends out invoices for all our clients. We use Avalara to calculate sales tax and also to remit to the states.
- Sales tax calculations can be very tricky. Avalara makes it easy.
- Can't think of one at the moment.
- We have very limited resources in the F&A dept so having Avalara to calculate our taxes is great.

Yes. We do use both of those features. Most of our clients are tax exempt so that was a good feature to have.
