Overall Satisfaction with Avaya OneCloud UCaaS
Avaya Aura is the first VOIP system we have used in our company. We bought it because it was cheap compared to other solutions, and overall it has worked well for us. We don't really use any advanced features, simply plug and play phones and emails sent to voicemail but it's been good for that.
Pros
- Call quality has always been excellent.
- Phones are plug and play after initial set-up is done.
Cons
- Set-up is quite complex, requires support assistance on most things we need to fix/change.
- Phones are very plain looking compared to more modern/expensive devices.
- Cheaper over time compared to the old style phone system due to carrier line costs.
- Allowed us to have many more extensions than we had before.
Do you think Avaya UCaaS delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Avaya UCaaS's feature set?
Yes
Did Avaya UCaaS live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Avaya UCaaS go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Avaya UCaaS again?
No
We use CenturyLink Hosted VoIP in our executive office and the phones are way more modern looking and have more features, and was easier to implement. Hoping to maybe someday use them in our primary office.
