Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office
All of our branches migrated to the cloud IP telephony service with the arrival of Avaya Cloud Office for the flexibility and ease of use of the services without the need to have physical servers installed. With cloud extensions accessed by Avaya software on the notebook/desktop/smartphone, the cloud PBX contributes to the mobility of employees to communicate, regardless of location. The only prerequisite in the locations that we had to improve was the internet link with QOS to mark bandwidth priority of sensitive voice and video traffic and avoid delay and errors. So far everything has worked perfectly well and has been serving very small locations that would not have the physical space to implement phones and servers.
- Call recording.
- High quality of voice and video.
- Integration of all communication services in a reliable cloud.
- High quality support and responsiveness.
- Interface bugs and crashes, fixed with updates.
- You don't need to install anything in the local datacenter.
- Cost savings with voice calls.
- Allows online video meetings.
Avaya Cloud Office unified communications has become essential to our business processes. Collaboration tools from telephony, videoconference and messaging give our teams access to communication channels from a single application, on any device. We use software, we can do screen sharing, dynamic chat channels, document management, all in one comprehensive solution.
I haven't done any integration of the tool with others yet. I didn't see the need because the software already has everything I need.
