Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office
Avaya Cloud Office surprised us a lot. We started with a few months trial license and we liked it a lot. The software has many collaboration features like: VoIP, video conferencing, chat, presentations, and voicemail. The company acquired the license and today it has been used by almost everyone. The software allowed teams to work from home offices during the COVID-19 pandemic, with online meetings and VoIP contacts between employees for the continuity of activities, projects and services also outside the work office.

The Avaya Cloud Office solution has helped to maintain a single unified communications platform with easy management, installation and usability. We have the ability to make unlimited online meetings, use chat and make VoIP calls to work and chat with co-workers and clients. It has a friendly and intuitive interface. The solution has benefited us a lot financially and also in terms of productivity and work.
Avaya still needs to improve integration services with other systems. So far we haven't used integration because everything is done inside the software. In the future we think about integrating with tools like Microsoft Outlook and 365.
