A go-to tool for your company

Avaya Cloud Office has been used in my organization for many many years. It does quite a good job if you ask me as it provides a fully functional interface and you will have everything you basically need on any device and across any geographic location. It's a much-simplified way of communication.

Avaya Cloud Office is indeed a unified communication suite and I would say it's one of the best ones out there. Definitely, I have personally benefitted and I have also seen my team benefit out of this tool and it meets [our] needs. It does take care of all our organization's business communication needs and we do not really require any other tool.

We have used Microsoft 365 before and definitely, Avaya Cloud Office feels much better tool-wise doing what it does and able to provide most of the functionality that any tools offer. I don't know if it's the user interface that I like the most, or... the ease of accessing it. I would prefer Avaya over Microsoft for now.

I was not aware of Avaya Cloud Office partners with NVIDIA AI until I saw this question, but now I feel so happy and satisfied already because this makes so much more sense as it is more focused on its audio and video abilities that enhance our online communication experience.
