Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Avaya Cloud Office has been used in my organization for many many years. It does quite a good job if you ask me as it provides a fully functional interface and you will have everything you basically need on any device and across any geographic location. It's a much-simplified way of communication.

I have never encountered an issue so far except for once there was a network outage and we initially thought it was just this tool. In my experience, I have never seen any issues that really matter and make a huge impact, at least on the teams I have worked with. As I have mentioned, this is one of the best-in-class tools.

In an environment [that] needs better communication & needs high collaboration. I would generally say any workspace would need such a tool and Avaya Cloud Office just does the better job and we can make the most of it by using its features and functionalities. It is one of the best-in-class tools.
