Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office

Avaya Cloud Office has been used in our Customer Service Department for about a year now. Currently, we have been using it to connect to our Team Members in our department when needed to contact them while we are at work.

  • Smoother chatting

Cons

  • Better phone tracking
  • Conference calls
  • Smoother phone transfer
  • Less handling time on chats
  • Overall productivity
  • More chats in less time after connecting with team members regarding a particular issue
There is always a scope of improvement and I would really like Avaya’s team to work on the issues that people encounter during phone calls and conference calls.

Yes

It works best for chats and sharing files within a particular department or between a team. Although, it needs some work on its phone calls. Better calls tracking, smoother call transfers, and some work on ease with conference calls would make Avaya [Cloud Office] much better.
