Avaya Cloud Office Review
Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office
We use this for my insurance agency and it has been a great product. It links directly with lots of our company software's including our CRM system. We love having the built-in internal chat feature along with the ability to do video conferences. Because of this software we were able to eliminate several other softwares including Zoom, Google Chat, and Twilio.
Pros
- Texting
- Internal Chat
- Video Conference
Cons
- Ability to text PDF's
- I would like to have the ability, as a host, to highlight an area on the screen during someone else's screen sharing to let them know what/where to click while training. Zoom and most other video software have this feature.
- It has helped us by saving money on lots of other software.
It saves lots of time from going back and forth between different software and trying to keep all of your communications in one place. There is so much software out there to communicate with, that I feel you can easily get lost on where you are communicating with your clients.
I think the biggest benefit we have seen from the integration products is our ability to integrate with Google. We have our emails hosted by google and so having all of our contact in our google it makes it easy to link up all of your existing contacts and be able to call people by name directly from the phone system instead of having to look up their number each time.
I don't know if my organization has taken advantage of all of the features that it has to offer in regards to NVIDIA AI, but I do know the background noise eliminator is big because we have employees overseas and they can have lots of background noise that would disrupt our clients.
