Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office

We needed a scalable solution, completely in the cloud that would allow us to work anywhere but above all had a system of statistics and monitoring of the work. Avaya Cloud office!

  • Queue stasistics and monitoring
  • Work anywhere
  • Scalable
  • Easy to use
  • User friendly
  • Easy to menage

Cons

  • Presence integration with Microsoft Teams
  • Automatic logoff when user are not connected via Application
  • Better calendar integration, when users are OUT OF OFFICE automatic turn off "accept queue calls"
  • Price per user fit the budget
  • Cumulative minuts per month
  • At the moment positive at all
The solution has always worked. In addition to the normal initial training and some small adjustments all are perfect. Excellent support team

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Microsoft Power BI, SDL Translation Management System
Offices with stable members who use the system on a daily basis. Offices with alternate members where you need to buy too many licenses to cover all users
