Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office

Avaya Cloud Office is our main communication tool other than email. As we have staff located offshore, the system has allowed us to maintain seamless communication with our customers and suppliers.

We don't use all of the facilities available to us for meetings, conferences, etc.
They are always ready to answer a question.
We use Pipedrive as our CRM and the integration seems to work well, albeit we had to configure it oureselves.

The Avaya Cloud Office does what is it supposed to do. I've found Integration with some systems is lacking and supervisor screens are missing in our version, when I was informed that they were included.
