Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office

Avaya Cloud Office is our main communication tool other than email. As we have staff located offshore, the system has allowed us to maintain seamless communication with our customers and suppliers.

The Avaya Cloud Office does what is it supposed to do. I've found Integration with some systems is lacking and supervisor screens are missing in our version, when I was informed that they were included.
