Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office
Avaya Cloud Office has been an amazing switch for our company. The messaging system offers ease of access for our company to work more efficiently. The answering system keeps us free to get more job work completed. Yet the best feature is keeping all of the spam calls down and the ability to block spoofing numbers from repeatedly wasting our time.

We keep things simplistic. Yet we have found great value in the Avaya APP for remote working and connecting with clients. The texting, fax, and voicemail features are great! The best part is that it has saved our company a lot of money on extra phone line costs. Faxing is barely used, but we are in a place where it is still used. We can get the faxes without all of the extra cost.
The Customer Service and Representatives are always kind and willing to go the extra mile to get anything resolved. Yet, we have not really needed them after the initial set up since the product actually works and we have not really experienced any major issues.
We are saving time and it has helped to streamline our communications from the field offices to the main office. We are saving time and money which is a win across the board!

The app feature is great for efficiency when company members are in the field working and need office phone access. We are very happy with our Avaya Cloud System. It works well and doesn't have lots of issues. We utilize the App and make the most of the product for our small business. We are happy with what we purchased.
