Avaya Spaces is amazing for scheduling and meeting online.

We knew about the Avaya Spaces solution just before the coronavirus pandemic started. We were looking for a high quality cloud video conferencing solution. We started using Spaces for the summer three-month trial. We liked it a lot and purchased a package with many licenses for more than a year. The solution allowed the majority of employees to work in the home office and to be able to communicate by video whenever necessary. The solution is being used by everyone in our office to hold online meetings, events and presentations.

As the main technology resources, the tool focuses on videoconferences, virtual meetings with more than 200 participants and chat. We even use it to do events and webinar with guests. Spaces gives you the possibility to change participants, share screens and even remove them from the session.

Everyone in the company uses integration with corporate email. I schedule using e-mail and inside the Spaces tool. Both ways work well. The advantage is that in email it saves time and we also receive alerts when it starts.
