Everyone I've ever worked with from this organization has been great. I had an especially great working relationship with Autumn Lewis, my initial account executive. I really wish that they could be more competitive in their pricing so that I could do more business with them.
As a K-12 school, we did have a period of remote and hybrid instruction that was supported by technology-based devices. Currently, we have had a full return to in-person learning.
Since AVI-SPL had initially been so competitive we had them look at a few AV integration installation projects. Unfortunately, as a K-12 public educational institution, we had to go with the lowest bidder.

When I worked with my initial account executive I felt that their proposals were always more competitive than their peers in this segment. My current account executive is kind, responsive, and efficient, but as a K-12 public school system, I am required to purchase from the least expensive vendor. Subsequently, I have not purchased from AVI-SPL as often since getting a new account executive. I have even reached out to specific product manufacturers to ensure that no vendor was getting deal reg. and all vendors were receiving the same pricing on product.
