Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

AVI - SPL was used to supplement and increase our audio and visual technologies. Our current products were not working as intended and AVI - SPL was hired to help implement a better system with a higher standard. AVI - SPL also provides ongoing support when needed over a period of time.

AVI - SPL was confident from the beginning that they could assist our organization with the specific needs we would be requiring. AVI - SPL confirmed every relevant detail in order to ensure they could perform their duty at the higher possible level, which so far has met or exceeded our goals.
Our goal in hiring AVI-SPL wasn't specifically designated to set up a fully remote or hybrid working environment.
This question is not relevant, we have not used similar products to AVI - SPL in the past.

AVI - SPL was able to quickly respond to questions I had regarding our invoices, specifically how it relates to our signed contract. I was able to either speak on the phone with someone at AVI - SPL who was familiar with our situation or email a representative.
