Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

AVI-SPL provides conference room equipment and AV support across our 21 offices (100+ Conference rooms) Worldwide. This includes equipment warranty repair, design for new construction, and additional consulting services for implementation projects.
  • Responsive to questions asked related to all aspects
  • Have subject matter experts available in AV and related video conferencing displays etc. to meet the needs of design, troubleshooting etc.
  • Have a global presence to cover all of the 12 countries we have across the globe whether UA, EU, APAC etc
  • Sometimes we will have unresolved issues on anomalies that they are unable to solve and we have to live with which should not be the case.
  • Sometimes a bit too salesy
  • Sometimes difficult to reach the people you need.
  • Sometimes act as a vendor more than a partner
  • The ROI has really been on having a single vendor to cover our footprint and have a consistent process for addressing issues across all offices spread over the globe.
  • For new projects they are engaged and are not particular about minor changes in scope or roadblocks that may occur but are focused on providing the right solution.

AVI-SPL has helped setup our original Webex implementation and was later a partner to help with the migration to Zoom. They help us navigate the vendors and help improve the support we were getting from the vendors such as Zoom. The cutover to Zoom was smooth overall and we have made the transition very quickly overall.

They are able to cover our 21 global offices that are in US, EU and APAC. Overall they are able to address issues that occur, but not always and we have to live with those. It takes a very long time to get a quote from them and often times it has no real level of detail, thus price transparency is lacking.
