Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We were dealing with some technical issues with our School Theaters. AVI-SPL really came in and saved the day, with their wonderful services. They are our audio visual services go to and know how's. Anytime we have an issue with sound in our theaters, so use AVI-SPL. No other company compares.

Yes, AVI-SPL global help desk has helped ensure optimal performance. There have been several times I have had to call in regard to our services. They have been able to walk us through over the phone, to get us to where we need to be. Customer Service is always good.
Our Auditorium Techs rely on a fully remote theater environment, and AVI-SPL has been able to provide that. It has made the life of our Auditorium Techs a lot easier. They can run stuff from their sound booth to the staff. The auditorium techs are able to provide a better show.
We really do not use any other product. We have been very happy with AVI-SPL, so we do not feel we need to use any other product. AVI-SPL has all the resources we need, it easy to use, affordable and it is always easy to get a hold of someone if we have questions.

Specific scenarios based on our experience where AVI-SPL is well suited was when we were in the middle of a presentation and the technology glitched. We were immediately able to get a hold of them, and they were able to fix, it so we could continue our presentation. This is why we use them.
