Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

AVI-SPL is our primary contactor for conference room AV equipment, installation, and on site support. I have worked with them in all aspects of conference room technology to include: design, planning, testing, scheduling, installation, troubleshooting, and renovation.

Pros

  • Communication: they are prompt and efficient at answering client questions and rectifying concerns
  • Expertise: most issues are solved quickly and with minimal downtime
  • Avi Spl support is excellent and projects are completed on time and within the scope of work. In cases of equipment delays or rapidly changing work environments they are prompt and professional in their communication.

Cons

  • The only issues I have had were during covid supply chain issues, which is not the fault of AVI-SPL
  • They provide user friendly interfaces and realtime support that saves time in every aspect of technology
yes, the help desk is quick to reply and assist either remotely or with prompt on site service, often next day.
AVI-SPL assisted in designing and installing all of our conference rooms and showing us how to operate them.
AVI-SPL helped us replace our dated poly systems with simpler, more flexible ones
