AVISPL supports myself as well as my team on projects and implementation of products. It is critical we provide the best solution to our clients and AVISPL has not failed to make recommendations.

  • John Debick is not quick to upsell but listens to pain points and makes recommendations based on customer budget and the latest and greatest technologies.
  • By taking recommendations, our federal customers have been able to save money and utilize all the features of the equipment they purchase.
I can't say enough about how John Debick and AVISPL has helped my business grow. He's quick to jump on a call with my customer and make sure they know exactly what they are purchasing and also make recommendations which will improve their environment.
AVI-SPL has helped my customers set up a hybrid working environment which has made such a difference in today's world.

Change management was minimal - Change management was handled by AVISPL and trained to use. They were patient and willing to work with my team to ensure all questions were answered before changing management.

AVIAPL is very easy to use and customizable.
Utilize the AVISPL team. Be sure to ask questions from the start. As most engineers feel they know everything, act as if you don't. The AVISPL team is patient and will run though all aspects to ensure you are just as knowledgeable as them.
Yes - we have customized the interface extensively - We have customized the user interface to accommodate for my company's policies. It was fairly easy as the AVISPL team was assisting in this process.

Yes. Always. Worth every penny as AVISPL supports customer's to their fullest. They always answer their phone with real time support and US based support representatives.
John Debick has never not answered my calls. Even when onsite, he goes above and beyond to answer questions from my engineers and end users. If ever, and this has never happened, he does not know the answer, he would be quick to pull a representative on the line to make sure my issues are handed in a timely manner. He provides the most excellent customer service.
