Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

They are helping us upgrade the presentation equipment in our boardroom, by adding larger and more screens, a better mic system, and an interactive touchscreen.

  • communication - project manager didn't contact us for 3 weeks after purchase agreement was signed
  • more transparency on their purchase agreements with what installation dates will be
  • Able to provide alternative solutions when equipment wasn't available due to supply chain issues
  • Able to provide specific recommendations based on what we wanted to be able to do in our boardroom
I have not contacted support for this specific installation since it is still in progress. However we did contact them regarding existing equipment that was installed by the company that they bought out, and their support was extremely expensive since equipment was out of warranty.
We have 2 Zoom Rooms that were setup previously that has allowed us to host on-site and remote participants with ease.
We used equipment installed by SKC that is getting old. The Zoom Room equipment is much easier to use.
