Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
We recently hired AVI-SPL to install an AV system/teams room in 2 new conference rooms over the course of the last year.
- Communication- the communication was excellent for the entire project
- Punctuality- the team showed up when they were scheduled to
- Scheduling- the project was completed ahead of schedule
- We had an issue with a defective part that had to be shipped from the manufacturer which caused some delays. If they had a bigger stock of parts on hand this could have been eliminated.
- AVI-SPL has provided us with the rooms that give us the tools for better collaboration throughout our organization.
With the teams rooms installed, it allows us to collaborate with anyone anywhere in the world, while still having that face to face interaction.
AVI helps further integrate teams into our environment.
