Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

Bamboo has been instrumental in helping us drive change throughout our business since implementing it last May. The simplicity of use for admins and employees alike, combined with the ability to post announcements and conduct all HR work paperlessly and the constant updates and improvements, make it a no-brainer!

  • Language Translation.
  • Reduced HR administration by 6-8 hours per week for time management.
  • Eliminated 3-4 hours per onboarding in paperwork and administration.
The ease of use and pure simplicity are unrivaled in other HR systems I have used.
Always responsive, sometimes responses aren't as detailed as would like, but they are there to help and solve solutions.
It has allowed us to manage headcount and departmental labor costs vs not being able to previously.
Bamboo's simplicity in utilization beats all the above. The functionality isn't as robust as some, but it gets the job done well and has no huge misses, especially as I believe the simplicity outweighs the lack of functionality in small areas!
