Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR for all HR related tasks and record keeping from employee hiring and screening, benefit administration, time sheet completion and document signing/retention. I appreciate the all in one solution that BambooHR offers.

BambooHR is very user friendly and intuitive. The interface is easy on the eyes and easy to access all the various functions.
BambooHR's support is very quick and I usually access via a support ticket. I often receive a response within 24 hours. I can always call the support line for more immediate issues.
We do not extensively use reports but it is very easy to create your own and download data if you need to populate a demographic report for some other purpose, etc.
We moved to BambooHR time tracking from ClickTime once BambooHR's functionality improved and we prefer to have all functions on the same platform.

Great all in one solution. We have 40 employees and BambooHR really helps to simplify HR management. We also have employees in 15 different states and BambooHR payroll handles all the tax collections and reporting.
