Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We utilize BambooHR as our leading HR software. We use it to track new hires, training, time-off requests, and other relevant information. It's the source of truth for everything our company does regarding our employees. It has helped us digitalize and simplify the HR process, allowing our HR team to focus on what they do best - people.

BambooHR is user-friendly for both admins and employees. They are consistently checking it and ensuring that it's as user-friendly as they claim it to be. I appreciate that I can use it from both ends and feel confident that there will be little to no confusion. I appreciate the confidence I have in the system's usability.
BambooHR has one of the best support teams that I've ever come in contact with. They continue to improve, and those on their support team are knowledgeable about the product and how to utilize it. I also appreciate that I'm talking to real people and that they are available to me in multiple ways.
BambooHR reporting is good. I wouldn't say it's great, yet. However, they have just announced a new plan that I think will significantly enhance the capabilities of their reporting engine. If you require extremely sophisticated reports, I don't believe BambooHR would be the right fit. However, they are continually improving the product in that area, and the new package might offer better reporting capabilities. I just haven't tested it out yet.

BambooHR is highly user-friendly. If you want your employees to be utilizing the HR Software you're paying for, BambooHR is the way to go. It addresses every major point that any company, regardless of size, may need to maintain its HR processes on track. If you need an extremely customizable and sophisticated HR program, BambooHR may not be the best fit.
