BigCommerce serves as our primary eCommerce site and supports our omni-channel integrations.
- Constant improvement of platform
- Integrated with lots of useful apps
- Flexible design functionality
- Cumbersome when editing large volumes of data
- Dashboard is not great
- Rules and product options are confusing to manage

In 2010 we look for a new platform that would be robust and flexible. We found that BigCommerce fit our needs then and continues to today. The growth and continued improvements they have made align with our strategy so we have not looked for any other provider.
