Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We currently use BigCommerce for two websites, one with over 30,000 products, and another with a few hundred and thousands of visits per day. We use it for our e-commerce websites and find it amazingly easy to use and user-friendly. It is a fantastic product and I would highly recommend it.
Pros
- Ease of use and easy to learn.
- Fantastic interface, and very customer friendly.
- We made our first sale within hours of setting up the store.
- Functionality increases every day.
Cons
- Has recently become more expensive for high volume sellers like ourselves.
- That being said, it is worth it.
- Nothing else bad!

We use Linnworks in order to manage all our sales and stock on multiple worldwide marketplaces, and it integrates with BigCommerce perfectly. We have it linked to Mailchimp, and also more recently with LeadDyno for affiliate marketing.
We don't use BigCommerce for omnichannel management, as Linnworks will do all of that for us, however I believe it would function satisfactorily for smaller merchants.

- We have had massive success with BigCommerce and it is definately worth the cost.
- Allows me to manage the website myself, rather than having to employ someone to do it.
