I am a home business of just me, no other employees and I use BigCommerce for my website which allows me to sell my products online.
- Very user-friendly
- Lots of ready to use themes or you can program things yourself if you know how
- Lots of options so you can tailor it to suit your needs
- Honestly I have not come across any issues or instances where I wasn't able to do something I wanted to do

I was able to easily integrate with my MailChimp and Square Register.
- I was able to include live shipping quotes from Canada Post so there was never a discrepancy with shipping costs customers had to pay when ordering online from my site.
- Definitely streamlined my operations and allows me to have complete contact with my customers during the fulfilling, processing and shipping of their orders.
- I can manage all of my payment operations through BigCommerce.
- Allows me to list my products and any variations exactly as I want them, no limitations like when I was using Etsy prior.

Much more user-friendly and customizable than Etsy. I found Etsy very limiting in how I could list my items and I hated how I was charged for each individual listing as well. I was able to make a website through BigCommerce that showcased and sold my products but kept with the look and feel of my brand and made the shopping experience better for my online customers, especially with live shipping quotes direct from Canada Post.
