Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We started our online business in 2014. We decided to set up our online store on Bigcommerce platform. That was recommended by my brother as he was using it for years. I really had a great experience in terms of customer service; very user-friendly with lots of features which are very useful for our business. I have seen tremendous growth in my business. I have started with the standard and then updated to the Plus account. I started seeing all abandon carts converting in to sales with the help of follow-up emails set up. I am lookin forward to growing more in future. I have recently registered one more store for my electronics items.

I am going to start using other features for my store soon. Currently, I have not set up integration with other platforms.
- After updating my account to Plus I can see Abaddon Cart recovery was taken care by automated email setup.
- Bulk Add/Edit option is also a great tool to save time for adding/editing products.
I was recommended by my brother. He has been using this platform for years. We had a trial period too, which allowed us to get to know the platform well. I made the right decision in selecting Bigcommerce and I can see positive results too.
