Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We all use it every day. We have to add products and change prices every day. I personally watch our comparison sales to previous weeks constantly.
- Staff notes on orders is extremely helpful
- Easily add products and change prices
- Google Shopping being included in adding products is helpful for marketing
- Comparison sales compared to last week, month, or year can be viewed anytime
- I would like staff notes on products like they are on orders things are constantly changing for our products and it would be easier for coworkers to write problems they have with products that only we see so we can prevent it. We have 20000 products and can't keep track of all details.
- Sometimes when I am adding products I accidentally click something and all my progress is gone. It's personal error, but if progress was automatically saved or maybe a message came up [that would be helpful]. Sometimes a message comes up that prevents you from refreshing, but not from leaving the page.

I personally have not. We have used BigCommerce for years it is all I know.
