- Provides more product variations than other e-commerce sites.
- Ability to add text easily to web pages without editing code (for example, on checkout pages regarding shipping times).
- Ability to edit themes but still get updates or another solution.
- Much, much better than our previous homemade website.

Again, using acronyms and industry terms does not allow the survey user a chance to actually answer the question. Many of us chose Big Commerce because we do not know what these things mean and don't have to in order to have an impressive website. Your survey language is preventative.
