Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

It is my website hoster. BigCommerce is very user-friendly although I think their security against DoS and DDoS attacks could be better. My annual intake is approximately 40 percent of what it was 8 years ago.

  • ROI is now negative as website income doesn't cover Google Ads, BigCommerce charges, and Paypal charge
Less than $20,000
BigCommerce was much better than the competition.
Well suited if you need a user-friendly setup and additional product upgrading. I wish there was an easier way to change pricing rather than the CSV file method now used.
