Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a small business we use it as our internet sales platform and use the shipping features. Currently we are not sending promotional emails but we have Mailchimp installed and ready to go.

We rate it high for the purpose of user friendliness even though we only had one other experience with Magento. But Magento dropped us being a small business and so we came to BigCommerce and are very happy about it.

BigCommerce Customization

Unfortunately our IT person passed away and this is all new to us. In the near future we have to find someone to help us with this side of the business.

Magento Commerce and part of Adobe Commerce Cloud

Magento dropped us because of our small size. We like BigCommerce and their platform.

Likelihood to Recommend

I don’t know why BigCommerce wouldn’t be appropriate for someone. It’s easy to understand and use. Customizable and expandable with apps. The customer service is very good and the price acceptable.
