Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

As a small design business we needed something simple. We did not need a hardcore sales oriented tool, but a simple tracker of leads, clients and projects.

Pros

  • Simple setup for small business
  • Reasonable pricing
  • Easy to understand UI

Cons

  • More customization
  • For small businesses, they should allow atleast 2-3 users per subscription
  • We have reached out to older clients for more business
  • The funnel is more streamlined with Zoho Accounts
