Pros
- The interface is very intuitive, making it easy for beginners to configure the CRM, even without experience.
- It has forms that can be embedded anywhere (landing page, website, etc.)
- Its price is very attractive, considering everything it offers.
Cons
- I would like to link the same contact to more than one company.
- I would like to be able to use only the name field, but I need to use first and last name
- I would like to have a plan where there is no limit on the number of customizable fields
- We managed to reduce the average service time by 40%

It is easier to set up and use than other systems on the market. I do not have advanced experience in configuring CRMs. And I managed to set up three pipelines and even automations on my own. In other CRMs I needed to ask the support team for help and even then I still had difficulties.
