Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

Trying to replace Highrise but not able to to add a column for location which I find troublesome. Zoho CRM offers more than we need so we may need to look for alternatives

Pros

  • easy view
  • easy data entry
  • user training is minimal

Cons

  • no autocomplete
  • won't look up URLs
  • won't allow more than 3 columns on Free version
  • May never know
Couldn't add a column.
  • Highrise CRM (discontinued)
