Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

1. Interface UI is simple and easy to understand 2. The functions and features is good enough for me to keep track on my team member tasks , event, calls - from there can evaluate their performance and activities 3. The fields is customizable based on our own needs 4. User access right is suitable for us to control on different user to have different roles to view different information 5. It has no analytics report have to add on Zoho Analytics

Pros

  • interface ui easy to use
  • features enough
  • simple functions to keep track daily task

Cons

  • it is better to have report to extract into excel for recording purpose
  • can link wa business by each users in same susbcription
  • will not easily missed out sales opportunity
  • can check potential customer's record.
  • reuse the not potential lead to new solutions
overall is good in functions , features , UI , customizable fields reporting is less to analyze basically most of the functions is fulfilled my requirements to keep track team members task , event , calls , what they have done daily for their presentations, demo software and meeting with customers , going to which location for the event, what campaign to organized
Bigin by Zoho CRM interface is nice, simple and easy to use whereas Bigin by Zoho CRM data and reporting is stronger however in terms of UI is not suitable it can integrate with calender , outlook, gmail and whatsapp business
