Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo

My company used Bizzabo to plan our annual user conference. We held the conference in person for 3 years, but the last two years have been a virtual conference due to COVID. Over that time, we've used all the features the platform has to offer including registration, agenda creation, the user community, the event app, and virtual event broadcasting.
  • Registration/ticketing
  • Agenda creation and management
  • Event mobile app
  • Virtual event setup is missing features compared to other platforms
  • Virtual session live streaming is very barebones
  • Attendee interaction tools for virtual events
  • Registration management
  • Agenda creation and management
  • Virtual event/live streaming capabilities
  • Good ticketing made it easy for customers and prospects to register
  • Some issues with virtual event were a letdown to attendees
  • Limited sponsor options made it hard to sell sponsorships
We originally selected Bizzabo because it was a good all-in-one event platform that supported live events. Now that we are moving to all virtual events we have moved on to a different solution. We might consider going back someday if they improve their virtual event tools.

Do you think Bizzabo delivers good value for the price?

Bizzabo has very good tools to support in-person events. When we ran our user conference in-person, Bizzabo did a great job with offering multiple registration types, and the agenda was easy to set up. It is also great that it is an all-in-one event solution. Unfortunately, when we had to change our event to virtual, the tools that Bizzabo had were behind the competition. Streaming our sessions over the internet required us to use third party software, and the production value was limited with no easy way to overlay graphics or insert music. Bizzabo has said they were updating these systems, but I don't know when those changes will be complete.
