Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
We use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT to track and post gifts that come into our organization. We do various reporting on where gifts came in from, who is top givers etc. This program is the Cadillac of all fundraising programs. You can basically design it to do whatever fits your needs.

- Keeps great track of all your alumni
- Love the services they offer of running updated email/phone/deceased records and importing them for you
- Customer service has become slower than preferred. If you do however have an emergency, they will answer right away

- The Online Express feature has taken our fundraising efforts to a whole new level. We have been able to offer online giving with ease and our donations have increased through this avenue.
- The ability to sort and track your top donors for projects helps narrow down your focus.
- The ease of tracking gifts, posting them, and receipting is very smooth and saves lots of time.
We use the reporting feature on Blackbaud to run our monthly reports to compare to our general ledger. It is so easy to run reports and check for accuracy in posting and reporting. The data intelligence is spot on with very accurate ways to sort, report, and execute functions based on our groups we can sort and individualize.
