Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

We use NXT to manage supporters of our agency, including producing donor lists, generating tax receipts, and collecting and tracking donor information. This product provides us with a place to keep all of our data in one place and allows us to track information across the whole agency and all of our centers.
  • Provides a centralized location for all of our supporter data.
  • Makes pulling lists and queries simple.
  • Userface is easy to use.
  • Managing duplicate records can be difficult, creating an opportunity to delete records after merging.
  • Adding similar features from database view to NXT, like making pulling queries/lists easier.
  • Receipt Manager.
  • Pulling Gift Listings.
  • Individual Records and Relationships.
  • NXT has made it easy for data to be merged from different systems - such as donor is perfect.
Having the reporting tools provides us with essential insights and provides a centralized location for us to view our data. This data allows us to produce more accurate reports for internal and external sources.

I took many of these training when I first started and at the height of the pandemic. I felt they were informative, but I was often distracted or felt that some of the content was not relevant because I did not know the processes of my specific organization at the time. I felt I learned more via personal practice rather than through training.

With the implementation of the receipt manager, NXT has been great in providing an easy way to see which gifts need receipts and how to track that information. That has simplified the process significantly.
