Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
I use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT every day as a donor management system. This product has helped communication within our organization by allowing team members to see how the constituent has been interacted with by others on the team. We also communicate through Raiser's Edge NXT by assigning actions to each other so no detail, no matter how great or small, is missed. It also allows us to see the donor's giving history and flags us when the donor is about to lapse, has higher given potential, or even has an upcoming birthday!

It is very easy to use analytics. I love how when you are looking at a specific constituent, you can see if they have higher giving potential or if they are about to lapse. I also enjoy looking at the benchmarking tab, where we can see how we compare to other organizations our size. The retention report also shows how we are able to reengage donors and shows us where to focus our efforts.
- Online Training
I think Raiser's Edge NXT, in comparison to Blackbaud eTapestry, is more robust. We selected NXT because while eTapestry is great for donor management, NXT takes it to the next level by allowing more engagement with donors. NXT has more available, so you do not have to outsource work and can simply do most things within the system.
