Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine
BlackLine is currently used by the finance department. We currently use the account rec tool but are very interested in using task manager and matching features. We think that task manager can help us with our close calendar and help tighten up handoffs during the close. Matching will assist with controls and will be used in different physical locations throughout the company.
- Autocertification is excellent.
- The dashboard makes it easy to see the status of key vs. non-key account completion.
- The daily emails make it easy to remember what is due that day.
- The display is not bright.
- Sometimes it is tough to navigate.
- The value add has been on our control environment.
Blackline is much more user friendly.
