Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine
It is currently used in the monthly close process, and mainly by the revenue team from tasks, JEs, recons.
- Reconciliations are a lot easier to complete since we are able to add tasks and reduce our reliance on Excel.
- Tasks also replace checklists we currently use with other programs.
- JEs which are task-dependent have eased checking off our checklist.
- We are still in the middle of a learning curve with BlackLine since implementation was about half a year ago.
- Revenue - Currently not implemented in our company since our parent company is still struggling to integrate this.
- The close process has been faster and it has reduced manual work.
