Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

We use BlackLine primarily for the account reconciliation process as a part of our subledger and GL matching.

Pros

  • BlackLine helps provide analysis of financial activity.
  • BlackLine provides reports that helps with completeness of account certifications.
  • BlackLine helps with task management.

Cons

  • I can think of none at the moment as there is a lot of useful tools that my Company does not use it for.
  • BlackLine has been great for the account certification process but my Company definitely has room for improvement.
There are so many resources available.
It has taken away manual reconciliations and improved our overall audit experience.
We have always used BlackLine.
