Along with this we utilize to support our auditor requests by providing them direct auditor access to the system which alleviates the need for the team to pull the detail for audit sample requests. The team assignment functionality is a game changer in allowing for users to easily have backups when they are out or if they are working on something else during the close. The automation capabilities in transaction matching also are a game changer with automating the clearing based on rules and allowing the team to focus on other higher priority items in the close.

With our customer success evaluations we have been given visibility to how we are using the system and where we are either deviating from best practice or not using the system to the fullest potential. This has helped us to focus on areas of opportunity to drive changes.
